- Corporate & Commercial Drafting: Experienced in preparing and reviewing diverse legal documents, including Tenancy Agreements, Director’s Resolutions, Security Services Agreements, and Car Park License Agreements.
- Real Estate & Conveyancing: Skilled in managing documentation for land transactions, including Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) closing checklists, Quit Rent bill compilation, and researching Economic Planning Unit (EPU) guidelines for land acquisitions.
- Regulatory Compliance & Research: Proficient in conducting in-depth legal research on evolving legislation, such as Budget 2026 implications, employment contract stamping requirements, and corporate winding-up processes.
