Ben is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with experience spanning civil and commercial litigation, corporate advisory and intellectual property.Before entering private practice, he served as a Legal Executive with an intellectual property company and later as an in-house Legal Manager for a group involved in film production and tertiary education. These roles gave him substantial exposure to intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions and stakeholder management.Ben subsequently completed his pupillage in Kuala Lumpur and was called tothe Malaysian Bar in 2021. He joined Messrs. Chris Lim Su Heng in early 2025.His combination of contentious and corporate experience enables him to approach legal matters with both litigation strategy and commercial considerations in mind.
