Nur Khidmah is a Senior Legal Associate and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Department, with more than ten years of experience across civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution and industrial relations. She manages a broad litigation portfolio and has represented both individuals and corporate clients in trials, hearings, appeals, settlement negotiations and mediation. Her experience also includes advising on and negotiating commercial, employment and settlement agreements. Her litigation experience includes reported matters before the Malaysian courts, including appellate proceedings in defamation and corporate disputes.
